To model our thought process in a computer-aided, visual, graphic way... very interesting ideas.
Comment by Rui Curado on January 21, 2011 at 9:34 "Thinking in Models" is precisely the principle of ABSE: It does not impose precise semantics, only simple action and association rules. The goal of ABSE is to model our thought process. The ABSE tree tries to mimic the human associative brain.
You can find more info about ABSE here: http://www.abse.info
AtomWeaver is an IDE that implements ABSE : http://www.atomweaver.com

In this light, it is interesting to think about the relations between: terms, categories, classes, glossaries, diagrams, preciseness, looseness, comprehensibility, models, code, design, code as design, agility and specifically the impact to "business artefacts" vs.(?!) "IT artefacts".
