Profile Information

My interest in Model Driven Software Development:
I have been applying model driven development techniques to real software projects for over 20 years. I am heavily involved in the OMG revision process for UML and a primary contributor to recent work on specifications for precise UML execution semantics and an action language.
My experience of Model Driven Software Development:
I began using modeling for object oriented design in Ada at the start of my career in the 1980's, and have used it on every significant development project I have worked on since. I have been using UML since the pre-OMG 0.8 version. I currently work for a company committed to the vision of model driven architecture based on automated provisioning from architectural models and executable UML.
